Legacy Business Solutions ’ Associates Attend National Competition

Selected members of the Legacy Business Solutions team recently attended a national competition held in Atlanta, Georgia. “The growth of our firm was placed in stark contrast by this year’s event,” the President commented. “Last year, we sent two representatives, but this year we were able to invite 12 team members along for the ride!”

Those chosen for the competition had been tracked as top performers over a three-month period. The big prize at the event was a $5,000 first-place reward. Matthew stated, “Although we didn’t take the top prize, I am proud to say that Legacy Business Solutions ’ top performer placed fifth in the overall competition.”

This was an event to see who had the most business knowledge, but it was also a prime networking opportunity. The President remarked, “Our Legacy Business Solutions associates took advantage of being around so many accomplished individuals. They received insights from the most influential achievers. These folks are the best at what they do, so it was wise for our people to step up the way they did.” Once the competition wrapped up, company leaders rented out a shark exhibit from the Georgia Aquarium and had a chance to reflect on the trip.

Matthew believes strongly in the value of competition. He explained, “It’s good to have a healthy, competitive atmosphere, and we always encourage our team to learn as much as they can through working hard to reach incentives.” As a way to reward their hard work, associates also have the chance to win tickets to big football games. “We took the top-ranked performer of the week to the University of Michigan’s game against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors on September 3, and it was great to watch the Wolverines win in blowout fashion!”

Legacy Business Solutions ’ President Details New Office, Hiring Push

“Our continuing growth is a big reason for our investment in company culture,” the President stated. “It has also led to a need for a larger office space. In fact, Legacy Business Solutions has outgrown two office buildings in Farmington Hills, and we are making a final move into a fully upgraded office in Grand Rapids.” Matthew explained that this will be the new headquarters for the firm’s five locations. “We love the area and we are definitely here to stay.”
