Often offered up in networking articles as a way to build rapport and relationships, being willing to help others is also a smart career move. For Legacy Business Solutions Inc team members, this means helping each other, our leaders, the community, the industry, and more. Every time they take a moment and are willing to help someone with a small or large task, not only does that build their relationship, it also builds their expertise.
This makes sense in terms of networking. After all, the people we meet today may be the ones who can open doors to golden opportunities in the future.
