The start of a New Year is the perfect time to do exactly that. Here are some techniques that are really helping us stay on the ball:

By taking on too much, however, we risk hastily rushing through our work only to produce low-quality results. This is why we’re focusing on doing a reasonable amount of work – and doing it well.
Cuddle with Pets: Scientific studies have found that our furry friends promote physical and mental health. Some snuggles help us feel good, and therefore better able to do our best at the office.
